Alberta Solar One is a 13.7 MW project near Burdett, Alberta, built with roughly 36,500 bifacial modules. Western Solar’s scope was racking and module installation, work that stays the same regardless of project size: alignment, torque and tolerances have to hold across every module on site.
Alberta Solar One is a good example of Western Solar’s field execution on a smaller utility-scale site, the same standard applied at 100 MW gets applied here too. It’s one project in a track record of over 1000 MW and 250+ builds delivered from 5 MW up to over 100 MW.
